Forums are attached to groups here. Anyone can read the forums of a public group, but you have to join the group to join the discussion. We’ve made “General Chat” as a group for the whole Portland animation community (meaning you).

If you’d like to create a more specific group, you can do so on the Groups Directory page. As the group’s creator, you determine its settings (public, private, or hidden) and manage membership via the Admin tab.
