Too nice a day, and feeling too social to spend a lot of time posing and clicking, but we did get some animation done, right?

Vera Saar posted a comment on the link TICK FLICKS – the Animated Short by Vera Saar: 1 year, 10 months ago · View
I wanted to see how long it would take me to animate this little ditty if I did all of it my self…. 4 months. incl storyboard, drawing, shooting post and a stack of water color paper about 2 1/2 ft high. I used watercolor pencil crayons, water proof ink markers, some cel and acrylic for the captions.
It was premiered at the ”Atlantic Film Festival” many years ago. Lots of fun to create. -

The outdoor animation experiment was a TON of fun
I didn’t plan anything out so I had to make something up on the spot and we spent about 4 hours at the park working on them. Next time I’ll plan better but I’m just glad that I finished this one! -
