By popular demand, we’re finally doing another one of these! On Saturday, April 16th from 2pm to 4pm at Studio 13 (13 NW 13th Ave, Portland), it’s time to show your fellow animators what you’ve been working on. Bring your movies, boards, character designs, puppets, rigs, animatics, pencil roughs, concept art, or whatever else you’d like to share–or just come to check things out. Dan Ackerman is once again letting us use his (uber-cool) space in the Pearl District, Studio 13 (13 NW 13th Avenue). We’ll have a video projector and a laptop set up, so if you’d like to screen a work in progress, just bring your files in on a thumb drive or DVD. If you’re showing up with actual physical things (drawings, puppets, paintings, sets…), fantastic– we’ll have tables set up. If you don’t have anything to show but are curious about what your fellow animators are doing, just bring yourself.  Snacks and drinks are welcome in all forms!
