The Hollywood Theatre Presents Animate It! a DIY Stop-Motion Class for Youth

Animate It!  provides an overview of the basics of stop-motion animation for youth ages 7-11. Students will create animated shorts inspired by Jim Henson’s, The Muppets and will explore techniques for sound design and voice acting. The finished films will be debuted on the big screen before our Sunday screening of The Muppet Movie, July 31st at 2:30PM.

WHERE: The Hollywood Theatre, 4122 NE Sandy Blvd.
WHEN: July 23rd & 24th, 9:30am-12:30pm each day.

TUITION: $60, including all equipment and one ticket to The Muppet Movie
Proceeds from the workshop will support the historic Hollywood Theatre.
