Born in Annecy, France in 1960, ASIFA turned 50 last year. To mark the occasion, ASIFA Poland (not Portland) brought together an international panel of artists and experts to vote on the most outstanding 50 animated shorts of the past 50 years– apparently the biggest such poll taken since 1984. The results are here (pdf), and arguably every film is a must-see. What do you reckon?
